After exploring both Technorati and Google, I find Technorati easier to navigate. Not only does this website have advanced search options, they also offer a directory for quick searches within 6 categories.
Possibly after experimenting with more websites and gaining confidence in using blogs I will have a different opinion. For now, Technorati is my blogspot of choice.
