After exploring both Technorati and Google, I find Technorati easier to navigate. Not only does this website have advanced search options, they also offer a directory for quick searches within 6 categories.

Possibly after experimenting with more websites and gaining confidence in using blogs I will have a different opinion. For now, Technorati is my blogspot of choice.

Thing 2

As the polar bear on my blog shows, I am wary of learning new things that have to do with technology. Added to that wariness is lack of time.

However. . . . technology is our future. As our society is increasingly dependent upon plastic cards and numbers, email, blogging, text messaging, online banking and billing, etc., we find there is no alternative but to jump in and learn new skills.

We are fortunate that NEFLIN is compiling the skills necessary to help us do our jobs better. If this is something we needed to research on our own we may never take the time to help ourselves.

I am sooooooo frustrated. There is too much to read and not enough time. Any ideas on how to accomplish this task?

Late starter

My mother always said I'd be late for my own funeral - and she was right!! I am just now starting my 23 Things @ Neflin training. Have patience and I will catch up at some point.

Regarding what my mother said: if we are late for our own funeral does that mean that we will never die?
